Silly question I know
I usually skip generations of cameras so my last R was the IV. Still good shape does what its supposed to.
I picked up an a7cii used on a good deal here and have been using it as I start to explore more street photography and I really like the flip screen and size.
I also have the A1 and it is my main shooter for wild life, sports, and then back up landscape.
So I never planned on having 3 bodies and think its too many. I will keep the A1 but am considering consolidating the R4 and CII and getting a CR for the second body to handle my landscape and street.
So do I just live with the 3 bodies and wait for the next R or a new version of CR to come out or consolidate now.

You have three cameras and each serves a purpose. If so, fewer is not better. No need to change anything.
The practical/pragmatic differences betwen all these cameras are microscopic. Any single body can handle everything the OP needs, and this applies to all of us myself included.
See, our GAS tricks our brains to justify all kinds of silly stuff. A7CR is not **that** much smaller than the A1. He can just keep the A1 and use it for everything: landscape, street, sports, etc.
That said...
I have the A1 and A7R V and I'm thinking about getting the A7CR for lightweight travel, so I'm in the same boat. Just keep buying shit to keep the economy going!

YES this!
I won't even bring up my fascination with the fuji 100rf

I have the RF, bought CR for more separation and different focal lengths, I have Voigtlander 21 3.5, 65 APO, 35GM and got a 50 f2 Air for lightweight portrait solution, but ended up selling CR because I couldn't get used to the low resolution articulating screen. Bought a new grey market A7RIVa, the size difference is marginal but the 2,1M dot tilting screen as a waist level shooter, the EVF and joystick is far superior advantage over CR's 150g lower weight and bit smaller size. CR is a really good camera especially the AF and IBIS. Had A7RV for three months before sold it for GFX100RF, I prefer the R4 because of the bit smaller size and weight, the tilting screen's simplicity, marked EV dial, better battery life.
I have two problems with CR, the screens resolution are not up to 60MP shooting, especially with manual focusing, I always had to additional zoom magnification for critical focus. Other one is the lenses, 60MP capable glasses are not typically compact, especially in wide angel (<40mm) range. C series compactness works with <200g and shorter than 45mm lenses. Sony provides additional grip only for A7CR, because they intentionally made it as dual purpose camera: with small cupcake lenses as a travel and street camera, and for high resolution needs you attach the grip for larger, 300-400+g high resolution lenses. It could have worked for me with 2.1M dot tilt screen (tilt is my personal preference) and 3,5M dot EVF, but not this current form.
The GFX100RF. The huge advantage of this camera the built in high resolution wide angle lens. It's "only" F4, but there are no ILCE solution close this size while capable for this resolution corner to corner. In comparison my Voigtlander 21 3.5 falls apart on edges at 60MP, and I don't think any similar, or smaller lens can resolve way better on edges, at least in 24-35mm range. The shooting experience is outstanding, most time I reach for the Fuji over Sony. In comparison CR has top tier AF and 7 stop IBIS, but none of them really matters to me in real world usage.

Having an A1 puts the R4 on a lower shelf so the R4 can easily go. The CII vs CR however is different. Both are basically the same size and weight. The biggest difference is in resolution 33 vs 60 MP. If you are in the need for a smaller body but similar resolution then its the CR. The real first question is do you want or feel more comfortable with a backup body? If not, then get rid of both since the A1 does it all with very high spec's.
Personally, when traveling to shoot landscapes I'm uncomfortable not having a backup body. I also prefer the advantage that the higher resolution provides.
Can't see a good reason for you end up with 3 bodies unless your G.A.S. is in full enabler mode

If A1 can replace R4 on landscape for you, an easy solution is to consolidate R4 and C2 into a CR.
During travel, CR+wide/standard zoom && A1+tele is convenient;
In daily life, CR + compact prime is easy to carry around.
I have R5 + C2; the reason for not having a CR is the cost; or if CR has an EVF I'll sell the R5 for it.
