Beautiful. As for the saturation it looks realistic to me. It might be hard for some people who haven't been out to such places to realize how amazing the colors/sunsets can be.
Wonderful captures, must have been incredible to experience that firsthand!
Re: saturation, so much depends on the screen (and possible calibration) that any one person is using. These look mostly good here at my work monitor at lunch, but that means it will look oversaturated on my home monitor. I think selection of white balance may have some impact as well, a warmer WB for the shadowed areas may push some colors over the top.

Thanks for your advice. I am planning to calibrate my monitor. Used my iMac for processing.
