Bought here on FM. In full disclosure, the warranty card indicates this was refurbished by Sigma (and was not disclosed to me by the other FM seller during sale). Regardless, the lens is sharp and operates perfectly.
Glass is clean. I noticed a knick on the near body, but this was not dropped by me, so I'm guessing it bumped into something at some point - does not affect images. I am rating it conservatively, but otherwise the body is very clean.
Includes box, paperwork, and hood. Has both plastic caps and metal magnetic front lens cap.
