This was a workhorse lens and still works great. Includes box, hood, and both lens and body caps. There's a crack in the hood, but the hood is still usable. Also, new Sigma hoods are only $25 from B&H if this is a concern. There's a minor mark on front of glass that doesn't affect image quality.
