p.1 #1 · Dead or hot pixels

Do you guys get dead pixels on your sensors?
Like white pixels, dont know if those are dead or hot.
Can it be fixed somehow?

Try Pixel Mapping

Thanks, that helped.
I read about it before, so it searches for those pixels and map closest one to kinda match it.
But does it mean that we are actually losing those pixels?
Weird that it happened to my only 1 year old camera. I would expect Nikon to last longer, before sensor starts to lose pixels.
Those were practically pure white, single or I think cluster of 2-3. They were also not always coming up, depends on actual image color in those spots, those were coming up pure white, or dark, then normal again in different situation.
But all gone now

Not sure why it happens. Either dead or hot pixels. My GFX100 had lots of hot pixels, during long exposures (red and blue pixels). Pixel mapping typically takes care of the problem, glad it worked for you!
