p.1 #1 · It's time for the SHOW of your BEST of 2025!! Everyone participate:)
I have been here a while, a long while and have always been impressed with this long running thread of THE BEST of your images over the recent year.
It's not about if you think your images stack up to others, it's about 'you' and your best/favorite images of this last year of 2025.
So, EVERYONE participates, feathers, fur, scales, flowers and the wonderful Nature we see. Get them ready, let's get posting and motivate those that come to look. We could sure use more new contributors and recently I have seen a few make the transition to Nature and Wildlife imaging!
Post up 1-5 at a time, feel free to continue to add more images as we keep it going with fresh work. There are some of you that have posted your wonderful N&W images in Canon, Nikon, Sony specific forums here only, grab those and let them resurface here for all to appreciated!!
We have an incredibly talented group of photographers, time to shine team
My thanks for all the years of inspiration here, this forum is an amazing learning tool so share it for all

Hi Karl,
Its that time of year when I stop by to see what if my old friends are still posting and what they are posting. I was delighted but not surprised to see a post from you at the top. And what wonderful photos they are too. Fantastic stuff and I will be back again to see what else arrives over the next few days. Unfortunately I haven't been doing much photography in recent years but still enjoy the photos here on FM.
Cheers,
Martin Good

Thank you for starting this Thread Karl. Love you selections. This is my contribution and I've limited the images to the second half of the year as these were easiest to find.

Great to see what others have been up to! I apologize for the outside link, but -- despite constant lurking --- I haven't renewed my posting membership on account of never being home; if you look at my 2025 gallery, you'll see what I'm talking about.

Thanks for the thread Karl. I chose to share one photo I think is my best work this year. Titled "Parasitism", where a Norther Parula parent raising and feeding a Brown-headed Cowbird chick. This photo was taken at the moment of the chick fledging.
