I took a fall and this Sony A7RV body get wet in a 2” shallow water flow in Utah. The camera turns on and the back LCD screen works, and pictures can be taken, but the EVF will not turn on. Also, the back AF button sometimes sticks. Like an idiot I blew on the cover glass to remove a tiny hair and that got a small spot of spittle on the cover glass, so you will want to clean that with a sensor swab or whatever your preferred method is. Cosmetically it looks excellent. I’m departing soon for more travel and do not have the time to wait for Sony to examine and subsequently repair, so I have purchased a replacement A7RV already and will offer this for sale to anyone who may be interested. Sold as is, no returns, no guarantees. Purchased from authorized dealer Cardinal Camera and comes in the Sony retail box. Price is net to me. I will pay for ground shipping and insurance. Buyer will use non-fee PP F&F, Venmo, or send personal check (must clear before shipping).
