Not being one usually at a loss for words, this set has left me (nearly) speechless KD. Congratulations, I am green with envy of the experience. Hopefully you had equal time out of the viewfinder to just take it all in.

KD ! WOW ! I don't even know what to say, these are unbelievable images. In my opinion some of your best work ever. I voted after I saw the first image. What a trip you had huh? You my friend are a gifted and talanted photographer and your eye for nature and skills are displayed in every one of these shots. Made my day seeing your images! Great, great Job.

Numerous wows for me here KD! What a spectacular outing you had, those black cats and spotted ones are eye candy my friend.
Some really nice use of the light here, some beautiful scenery as well. Gosh that Rhino shot is sweet And with stiff competition the Blue Eared Starling photo is stunning!
Happy for you for these experiences, wishing you many many more this upcoming New Year!!
Karl
thanks my friend. It felt like everything had lined up for the light in Mara and even though I had some focus issues with Giza, I came back with memories of a lifetime.
Happy holidays to your loved ones and you and hope at some point in future we can shoot together.

Cracking set KD
Thank God sanity prevailed and Mpala (for a small fee) finally granted access.
thanks buddy. I believe Giza had moved from Laikipia reserve to Mpala and was spending more time in Mpala since she had cubs. It was a question of survival for Laikipia to come to an agreement.

thanks for the support, my friend. It was an unbelievable trip and I loved every minutes of it. In Mara, I was all by myself, which I thought initially would be boring, but ultimately it proved to be so rewarding
