Wasn't expecting such a literal example. I was thinking a Leica with a cork screw, or builtin knife - maybe scissors, and an awl, toothpick like a Swiss army knife.

As to the M4 owned by John Schneider, wherever he'd held it, for sure that shrapnel would have been dangerous - possible fatal. Punched right through the metal!
