(the lens silhouette expands for size comparisons and more) Looks like E-mount gets the cream for now, but the door is opening for RF.
The silhouette for the supposed 135/1.2 is impossible; the front element would have to be 113mm, and that body is narrower than the front of their purported 85/1.2.
People raised the same issue you just did, back then (looking through the names, where/why did most of them go?). If anyone would do it, were I a betting man my money would be on these guys at Viltrox. The Chinese tech sectors thrive on tariffs and sanctions, it just makes them stronger, more self-reliant. Ask Nvidia.

That's interesting, I wouldn't have thought the lens itself would have affected the AF algo detecting a face. Holding on to it, yeah.
