In these shots it is a side kick. If you want the eagle next to you to move, just give it a side kick with your large taloned-foot.
In the first shot it is probably because one adult is interfering with a couple bathing.
In shots 2 to 5 it is probably a parent telling its kid that it is time to be on its own. Being March, the adults do not wish to have last year's kids still hanging around when the parents are going to be nesting soon.
Shot 4 seems to indicate the youngster is not happy about being reprimanded, and 5 is, "What, you are just going to leave me?"
In the last shot I don't know if either one is the same eagle, but they seem to be happy bathing that close together.
