I purchased the 1TB plan from Newegg and entered the code. I noticed afterward that the 1TB plan overlapped with my current 20GB plan. I called Adobe to get it fixed; they removed the 1TB plan and said I would receive a new code within a week.
After ten days, I called again to ask where my key was, but the representative had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for her boss. The supervisor stated there had been some technical difficulties and that I would get the key in the next few days. After another week, I called again. This time, the representative assured me it would arrive that night.
It is now three days later, and I have received nothing.
My suspicion is that these resellers don't care once they get your money; and they obviously don't have the buyers' best interest at heart. Adobe isn't blameless.
I think it would be very generous from Adobe to give you a 20GB license instead.
The 20GB prepaid (!) plan expired, and only continues as monthly or yearly credit card payment. There is only the new more expensive 1TB prepaid plan left.
Looks like the Adobe employee was misinformed.
Will be very interesting to hear what Adobe will do in this case.
