I purchased the 1TB plan from Newegg and entered the code. I noticed afterward that the new plan overlapped with my current 20GB plan. I called Adobe to get it fixed; they removed the 1TB plan and said I would receive a new code within a week.
After ten days, I called again to ask where my key was, but the representative had no idea what I was talking about. I asked for her boss. The supervisor stated there had been some technical difficulties and that I would get the key in the next few days. After another week, I called again. This time, the representative assured me it would arrive that night.
It is now three days later, and I have received nothing.
