p.1 #1 · User Guide for Canon BG-E16 Battery Grip

I recently purchased a Canon 300 2.8 lens for chromoly and I figure I needed to upgrade to the EOS 7D2 to replace my trusty 7D. I found a battery grip at KEH but it did not come with a user guide and an exhaustive search of the internet turned up nada. I would be grateful if someone has a pdf the could sent me. Or if you have an original hard copy that you no longer need, I will gladly pay the postage.

Thank you

Canon does not seem to offer a download of the user manual for this product any longer. That said, I believe you will find it to be fairly straightforward to understand.

Here is a fairly comprehensive review of the grip that will probably tell you everything you need to know:

There's not much to know about them. Remove your battery door, load a battery or two in the grip, and slide the grip on. The battery door can attach to the side of the grip post for safe keeping.
