You might want to check a small store in Beaverton - I think either tvhwy/rt8 or the other one that splits about past 217 going towards Portland.
They service old cameras, I think Leicas too
Been 3 years since I moved from the area, so don't recall the name right now.

He's serviced lots of my gear with quick turnaround times.
A few include:
- M6 CLA and frameline masking
- Steel Rim Titanium CLA
- 50 Lux V2 CLA and focus lever modification
- Canon 50/0.95 M mount conversion
- Leitz CL CLA
- Leicavit CLA
Of course it would depend on his current workload but my lenses have never taken more than a month to get back from him.
