Just FYI Douglas.and all...If it is an "all weather" flag it is allowed to be displayed. Otherwise it SHOULD be taken down if in very bad weather.

The access to the composition wasn't too bad. I was fortunate to drive reasonably close and only have a short "march" through the snow to get my framing.

It's amazing how many people ignore or are unaware of these guidelines. The ones that really piss me off are the torn and tattered flags that are left up. How hard is it to get a new flag?
