Earlier this year, the trolley handle on my Think Tank Airport International V2 started to have issues retracting and extending. Taking it apart, saw that one of the extending tubes is sticking, and I don't see any bends, also noticed a screw mount inside of the plastic handle had broken off (hard to describe without photos). When I checked the Think Tank website, the V2 trolley handle is on backorder.
Long story short, I called up Think Tank and they apparently have a bunch of inventory of replacement V2 handles, and they are sending me a replacement trolley handle for free! Stoked because otherwise my international is in great shape.
They also suggested I submit a warranty claim for my airport security v2, because the seams on the fabric top handle have come apart a bit towards where it joins onto the top of the bag. They said that this may be a production issue, and might be covered under warranty.
Anyways, it seems like companies care less and less about consumers nowadays, so it was a nice experience to be taken care of. Their products aren't cheap, but the warranty is amazing.

I’ve had the same bag for well more than ten years and I’m on my third set of wheels due to heavy use at sporting events. All delivered free of charge by Think Tank after quick discussions with their service team.
They are a top notch company that make and stand behind gear that can take abuse.

Wow, well they are sending me a brand spankin new V3 as a warranty replacement for my ~10 year old V2, because they felt like the seam rips were not normal!!! I would have happily trucked along with it the way it is without complaint, but apparently they need me to ship it back for the warranty replacement. Don't need to twist my arm Best money I've ever spent on a bag.
