Thanks, Greg. It is in fact a Sitar. These are Western Pilgrims. The only issue I have with this images is that the man staring forward is actually holding a cell phone. While it isn't that obvious, I feel it still distracts from the ancient feeling of the image.

Thanks a bunch. The silhouette of the boat provides a nice contrast to the city in the background. Hard not to take a good shot in Varanasi!
