The photo was take recently at Boundary Bay shooting towards the electrical station, I think it was rail cars or sea containers in the background. Anyone familiar with that area would have some insight! From what I remember.

Agree with John. Excellent, love the detail in the first. (Regarding ID I suspect that this is a Sharpie based on the rounded head)

Mix of rail cars and the "barn" structure that covers part of the green waste processing station north of the electrode grounding station.
