Viltrox 135 and 14 seem great. One other consideration is warranty and support. Their support I've been told isnt the most responsive and if there's a repair situation the item needs to be shipped back to China/HK. As long as you are prepared for that risk, they seem like fantastic lenses for the price.

Amazon is in the holiday return window, you can send anything back for any reason until February right now...you should know if you have a dud or not before then.

According to this graphic, it surpasses the Plena (and all other 135mm ƒ1.8s)!
But seriously...the Viltrox is great optically, if you can deal with its size and weight.
I owned 3 of these lenses, tested friends Viltrox 135 but never tried Canon 135.
To me Samyang/Rokinon 135 was the keeper, absolute joy to use. It is as sharp as my Z and GM primes at just 772g. Works great adapted on Z8 with Megadap.
Since we're talking about third-party glass at 135mm, how would any of these lenses compare to adapting a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM to Z-mount (other than size and weight)?
