We are "embracing" the cold, which I LOVE, here in Mary-land Ray but no snow, this far east.
This is beautiful! Snow is so "silent" and beautiful when it falls, The tree foilage just make it pop!

Nice intersection of seasons capture.

Only about an inch or so here, but it was the wet and fat snowflakes, the best kind for photography.

I missed the first snow! Lovely image, Raymond, you used the lines of the road perfectly.
Sorry to hear that, though I'm sure Utah is not too bad of a consolation prize. Thanks for noticing the lines.

Cold with no snow (or sun) is the bane of winter here, I hear you. Thanks for the kind words. It is beautiful, so much so that we went for a hike later that day just to stay out in it.

Never settle There may have been views from the bushes or the ditch next to the road, really close to the ground that minimizes the effect. But if you like the tracks and included them intentionally who cares?
