Very nice use of color for emphasis.

It is a "one of its kind" poster Brent. The "metallic" color(it is gray anyway) against the 2 flags gave some pizazz to the composition. A press photographer's flash went off just as I removing the frame.
Any snow there? I was watching the game last night and didn't see any obvious snow on Lamneau Field but I could see the "breath" of the players.
50mph gusts here and bitter cold! There go all the turning color leaves!
Love it!

No real snow here (southern Wisconsin) yet but it can't be far off. In a week the highs will be in the low 30s.

Yeah it has been cold here but I love cold!! In fact after a doctor's appointment, I "snuck" over to the local historic cemetery and walked around for about 2 hours shooting anything interesting.
Felt good to get out!
Thanks brother!

TDY periodically in Moscow from '88-'92. It was wild. Fun, too.
Look out for those "microwaves" Steve!
My job took me to Russia many times in 40 years. Thee ONLY place that I enjoyed was "St. Basil's". No I did NOT have a camera!
Glad your "stay" was memorable Steve!

Yah. I had an engineer with me who measured the microwaves. The cubans were beaming the "US Interests Section of the Swiss Embassy" in Havana then, too. This is not new.

Know all about it Steve!
A member of my detail had a t-shirt made up to wear in Russia, "Hell NO We Won't Glow"! That was 1978!

That was really tough duty for the Marine Det.
19 year olds, straight out of Parris and Pendleton posted to a no-frat country.
But, there is the Thursday evening soiree at the Marine House pub in every embassy that I've been. It's the first stop for all the other western embassies' junior staff on what are usually late crawls. The female consular JOs love the men in the blue tunics, too...
At other posts, it was pretty cool swinging through the clubs around town at 3am in the middle of a Marine detachment. I'd PT with them on Saturday mornings, too, running/climbing jagged little mountains on the unrepaired sections of the Great Wall and stuff. Fun.
