I did a hike up Sabino Canyon a few weeks ago, just after the rains from a recent hurricane passed through. Finally the canyon had flowing water (it's been bone dry all summer). I did some shooting of my favorite waterfall area, but then got interested in the canyon walls as the sun was getting lower in the sky.
#1: Some of the water flowing over the falls:
#2: A wider view of a favorite feature of mine. The nearby cliff is already in shadow, but the cliffs higher up are still in full sunlight. It makes for a great contrast. With the cloud coming in from the left it extended the view:
#3:Those same clouds as they loom above the cliffs to the north:
Nice work. The last one stands out for me. I would even consider cropping out the two saguaro (?) on the right, so the cloud on the left takes more prominence in the image, and then print it!

Thanks! I thought about doing something like that, but I like the panoramic nature of it, and I would miss the big white cliff on the right. I also thought about maybe editing out the cacti, but in the end I decided not to, both because I ended up liking them there better than not having them, and because it seemed a bridge to far in the edit.
