The Voigt 40/2 Ultron, available in an ultra compact version for a few mounts if you scrounge around. Adapting the M42 would probably be my play if I shot Sony.
I think that review will give you a good idea about the techinical IQ. They are character lenses to a point and the IQ is not perfect but personally I find the results quite pleasant with a bit of old school taste. They do cover full frame into the corners but for best corner-to-corner results it's best to stop down to f8 or so. I like it that even though they are such tiny lenses, they support aperture control and both AF and MF (and have AF/MF switch on the AF container) unlike Viltrox 28/4.5. Bokeh is also pleasant and they focus fairly close esp. in MF mode. 32/2.8 has a bit of abrupt vignetting into the extreme corners even stopped down. I use automatic distortion correction and CA correction in-camera and in C1 Pro via lens profile data from EXIF but I don't do any vignetting compensation.
Some samples (processed through C1 Pro with some of my favorite filmic styles):

I had the Minolta SR (MC/MD) mount version of this lens back in the day but adapting it to smaller Sony bodies wasn't really pleasant because the adapters are quite long and at least those first generation lenses are not so light (around 250-260g). It was a front heavy setup and I missed the Voigtländer sunstars I was used to getting with their VM lenses (the aperture blades were rounded). It would be >300g with adapter.

The generation I linked is around 180g without an adapter. My adapter doesn't push it over 300g.

The linked M42 version listed in Ebay is from first SL generation, 255g according to Cosina Archives but not sure if that weight is exactly right for all supported mounts. That version was made in FD, Ai-S, MD, OM, PK-A/R, CY, M42 mounts. My Minolta MD version was from same gen.

Out of little AF primes, I like most my set of Contemporary Sigmas - all compact, solid with manual apertures and very decent IQ
17/4 - 24/3.5 - 45/2.8 - 90/2.8
or :
Sony 16/1.8 G - Sony 24/2.8G - Zeiss ZA 35/2.8 - Zeiss ZA 55/1.8/Sony G 50/2.5 - Batis 85/1.8

My “lightest weight” Sony FF kit consists of the A7CR and 4 prime lenses, each under the 300g limit. They are the Voigtlander 21mm f2.5 Color Skopar (230g), Zeiss 35mm ZA f2.8 (120g), Zeiss 55mm f1.8 ZA (281g) and the Sigma 90mm f 2.8 (295g).
Love them all and can’t really say any one is better than the others and my favorite. But the most used by far is the 55mm f1.8 ZA.
