p.1 #3 · Your favorite under 300g lenses for Sony FE mount
This list (Claude generated) is missing Tamron lenses:
Tamron 20mm f/2.8, 24mm f/2.8 and 35mm f/2.8 are all also under 300 grams.
I've only used three lenses under 300 grams: the Sony 35mm f/2.8, Samyang 35mm f/2.8, and Samyang 45mm f/1.8. Of the three, the Samyang 45 was my favorite. Recently purchased Sony 35mm f/2.8 again, because it has much higher quality build than Samyangs and it is one of the smallest.

4, 13, 21
or
4: The FE 28/2 - you obviously need a 28 no matter it has a bad reputation.
13: You want small, super fast focusing, weather shielding and the other features. That's the 40/2.5 G
21: Samyang 75/1.8, a cheap no thrill lens, nice rendering, now superseeded by the Viltrox EVO85 but the latter is 340 grams and is not allowed today.
17: is a runner up, no doubt. I really like that one. I sold my earlier AF 50mm lens and got this Viltrox 50/2 AIR instead.

On line 4 there is a typo for the Sony 28/2 - Sony, B&H, et al say it weighs 200g.

In the under 300g category it’s currently a tie for my favorite, and both are old school Sony: the small light 120g Zony 35/2.8 which makes my A7RV feel very comfortable for hours carrying in hand, or my quite sharp copy of the 200g 28/2, I really like the rendering.

I've never weighed any lenses I've owned. Doesn't matter to me. Performance does. If it works, I'll carry it.
Of course, performance matters. But circumstances matter too. People get older, or sicker or both. Or they may have to carry other things at the same time. A working photographer may have to carry a range of focal lengths and other equipment, the combined weight of which can really add up. That's when weight can make the difference between being able to walk (or climb) a certain distance vs. being unable to do the same. Or the difference between working with no injury vs. getting injured and taking a long time to recover, potentially losing income. A lens can perform super-ultra-great, but it can also feel like a boat anchor.

Samyang Remaster Slim set is missing from the list. I like that set a lot more than Viltrox 28/4.5 in the lightest and smallest AF lens category. The container is only 58.1g and each of the 3 optical modules are between 8g and 13g. 91.6g for the combo of container + 3 lenses. https://www.lksamyang.com/en/m/product/product-view.php?seq=653
Otherwise my smallest and lightest lenses that are used frequently are mostly adapted MS-Optics lenses.

The Sony FE 50/2.8 macro belongs on the list as well. Sub-300 and gets to 1:1 in a nicely sized package. The AF isn't blazing fast, but it's an optically solid close-focuser.

I really like the Sigma 45/2.8 - it's the most interesting small and light lens in terms of performance, IMO. Really nice rendering and bokeh, with let's call it a more 'gentle' sharpness wide open near minimum focus distance, but at infinity, especially stopped down, it's very very sharp. Despite being so light, the lens is built very well and has a nice aperture ring.
That said, you do have to consider the max aperture of f/2.8 vs. something faster like the 24/35/45/75 1.8 lineup from Samyang, which are all solid lenses.

Samyang Remaster Slim - amazing!
- What is the optical quality of these lenses?
- Do they cover full frame into the corners?
