Went online to YouTube today to see if Josh Lehrer and David Farkas have anything new from the Miami Leica Store as far as reviews. YouTube says all of their material has been removed due to YouTube content restrictions.
Does anybody know what’s happened over there? I really enjoyed their Leica talks.
Hi, I subscribe to RDF YouTube and have received 2 entries yesterday referred to as “Crypto Crash Now – Bitcoin Crash Explained”. Is this legitimate or has the site been “hacked”?"
Their Facebook page is blank. Twitter (X) has nothing. The YouTube account "was terminated". So, who knows?
Saw a YouTube link to some crypto BS with RedDotForum on Saturday and figured out instantly that they were hacked. Wonder if this was in alignment with multiple server crashes and 5G outages today.

There was a massive screwup by Amazon that took out a huge chunk of AWS and many related services in the US Eastern region most of the day.

So this means their YouTube account was hacked?
Yes, I received a YouTube suggestion to watch a crypto-based video with the RDF label. I simply ignored it upfront since it didn't make sense. Didn't click on it.

I get at least 3 texts a week about Crypto garbage. Just like the other unsolicited junk texted to me. It's all pointless dribble and ignored, deleted and reported as junk. It keeps coming. You can look at the country code and see it's not legit. I don't even have Crypto.... anything. I'm sure none of it is related to Leica information. Nothing to see here.
It's unfortunate, but I was told their account was indeed hacked. The good news is they''e already working on restoring it. I've personally enjoyed watching many of their videos.
The Hasselblad user forum was hacked just as the X2Dii was released. Took them weeks to get it back up. Served no point whatsoever, other than prove people generally suck....
They posted on Twitter reaching out to YouTube Support since there was apparently no other way to reach support as they were hacked (phished) and their login credentials at YouTube had been changed.
Fortunately, the YouTube channel is back up and running this morning. I really like their videos and livestreams so am glad they are up but moreover happy for them as they seem like good people and this situation must have been awful for them.
