You caught some great moments at the demonstration. My favorites are the ones with the "Dutch Tilt", numbers 2 & 6, followed by # 3 & 5.

A lot of the time I was shooting blind. Didn't really have time to frame a shot on the back screen, but I knew I wanted that low angle, so I was just holding the camera down by my knees and firing away hoping for the best That's where the "tilt" comes from. Really appreciate your comments Steve.
