It's been a long time since I've heard about the 4-O'clock flowers. Robert. As a kid we had them all along the back of the house and foundation plantings along the driveway on the south side of the house..
Thanks for the memories.

Thank you Douglas...
We were dining at a bnb/restaurant where my wife inquired about the blossoms out front. She was invited to take as many seeds as she wanted.
Now - a hardy, expanding area of 4 o'clocks out side the kitchen window. My wife commented the other day that the 4 o'clocks provide the perfect habitat for young lizards given the number she observed.
Happy to have jogged some nice memories,
Bob

I've never heard of this flower but I like your treatment of it.

Thanks Brent,
Salvaging a poorly exposed image given the backlighting - our kitchen window sill.
