Hi, I just picked up a medium format camera (GF 100 ii). I am looking for suggestions as to which components of my current computer would best serve to pick up my speeds when de-noising, stacking, culling, etc with my new 200mb files.

Any suggestions welcome.

If you're using Lightroom, ACR, or Photoshop, upgrading the GPU will probably give you improved performance. The applications are all GPU intensive, and the card that you have only gives you partial acceleration in those applications. Get a GPU with a minimum of 8 GB GDDR RAM. I'd consider adding more RAM too, if your motherboard supports it, to help working with large files.
