Just enjoying the late season antics of a lone Green Heron on two different days in different light.
These are an exercise in working in crop mode on this body. I think most all these were in APS-C mode?

Karl, this is an outstanding set of images, excellent. You've presented these different scenes in a very unique manner, and the backgrounds couldn't be better. Two and three killer shots but there's something about that last shot that draws you in.

Excellent set !!! My goodness that first fish is a big on for that bird . Love the last one- Looks like he is wondering if he landed on an alligator

He got more than he could swallow so it eventually went back in the water.
