Nothing posted about optics- looks sort of like a Summilux in dimensions and not the tiny "steel rim" types, but could be something very different. Perhaps David Chen will have more to say here whether it is experimental or planned production. Looks like an interesting lens especially if it has great wide open performance with the LLL price band. Looks like it shares the 9 element 28 mm hood.
With the telephoto prototype, the 40/2 lens to be announced, maybe this lens LLL is going in several interesting directions at once. I have enjoyed using their lenses, with the Elcan remaining my favorite for film, dig M11P and to adapt- so I own two.

I may be mistaken, but this possibly is the prototype for their version of the Leica 35mm f1.4 AA aspherical which some have talked and posted about.
