While down at the coast photographing all the 'hummers' and other birds, my wife and I attended a 'Raptor Demonstration' at the Rockport/Fulton High School Auditorium. This was sponsored by a bird rescue operation called 'Sky Kings', and was my 3rd year to attend, as it is always interesting and educational (especially since I'm such a bird novice). Although billed as a 'raptor' event the birds included some non-raptors as well. Being indoors, the lighting was a challenge.

Thanks, Morris. The birds are amazing, and the presenter actually lives here in Austin and has an amazing relationship with each of these birds - they all trust him.
