p.1 #1 · update Helicon Focus issue

When looking within the Helicon Focus program there is a "check for updates" link. When I click that link it says my program is up to date.

When I go to the Helicon site and look for downloads I see that there has been 7 updates since I first installed mine.

I don't want to "brick" my program by trying to load the latest update and it fails.

Has anyone else had this issue? Am I reading too much into this?

I don't know about that program, but it is not unusual. In some cases there is only a limited applicability of the newer versions, such as license, hardware or OS reasons. If they are not applicable the installer will normally stop and exit.

Just a quick update....I installed the latest program update and it loaded without an issue.
