p.1 #1 · Number of PMs allowed?

I just sold a lens and tried to send a PM with the tracking info to the person I sold it to. I'm getting a message that I can't send the message at this time.

Is there a limit on the number of PMs that I can send within a certain time frame or something?

Maybe it is because you don't have 25 posts yet, but since you paid for B&S you should be able to PM.

The PM eventually went through. Maybe got stuck in a queue or something? Whatever, as long as it went through.
