Interesting. I think big windows like that would be great to have, a lot of open feeling inside... but not so sure the AC unit can keep up depending on where these are, and how many hot sunny days one gets.
Yes the uniqueness of the glass tint really makes the building stand out. The glass reflections are wonderful. The tenants seem to keep the building in fine looking appearance.

It's still a build in progress. I am quite curious how efficient the windows/coating keeps the sun out.

My understanding is that the bronze/gold coating provides 77% heat rejection and 99% UV rejection.
