Looking at these as a friend has some for a different brand & is quite happy with performance.
Anyone with experience using them?

Orange or Blue - any actual performance difference?

I use the grey SmallRig batteries in my XT5 as well as my GFX100S II bodies. They work great.

The only non OEM batteriesI have had good experience with, over a long term, are HAMA ones. At the moment I have one for Nikon that is 13 yrs old and one for Xt3 that is 6 years old, both work as well as the Fuji ones which I have, Fuji are 8, 6, and for the Xt5 only 8 months.
All the really cheap ones I bought eventually start to swell, sometimes it takes a few years, so good for value, but nor for peace of mind! Keep a close eye on it if you risk it.

Over the years I eventually had bad experiences with ever third-party battery I tried, and I finally decided that the risk to my gear and my photography wasn’t worth it.

I have not used this brand of battery, so I suppose that it is possible that after a couple of decades of poorly performing third-party batteries that this time they got it right and they are as good as the OEM batteries.

But I would not bet on it.

I have the blue one, don't know of a difference in anything other than color, but all I saw when I got mine was the blue. I use as my backup or secondary battery, so not a constant use, but every time it has performed like one would expect an OEM battery to do.

I have had a bad experience with older 3rd parties, and disliked it immensely when it swelled int he camera and it took a lot of work to get out of the camera, but not with this one.

I only charge it outside the camera, and unplug the charge when it is charged (so not left charging overnight for 8 hours). I check it after each charge cycle to feel it is fatter in the middle, and it isn't. If it feels a bit fatter, or is kind of tight to go in the body, it isn't going in.

Another vote for using only OEM batteries. Have had issues with every third party battery I tried for both my Fuji and Nikon cameras. At the very least none of the off brand batts would last as long as the OEM ones during a shoot.
