While serving in Vietnam some armored units had a somewhat similiar paint emblem on there vehicles. The duality of the tat...Meant to scare the enemy BUT I doubt many knew the "duality" of the symbolism the "tat" tried to imagine...good and evil. The "image" was supposed to invoke fear. Pretty deep for infantrymen on armored units.
