In the 70’s I owned a cutting horse (Colorado) and kept her at a friend’s ranch. She was amazing to ride. Occasionally, I was ask to help get someone else’s horse or cow back to the barn for one reason or another. Once she knew which animal we had to separate, I just held on for dear life and let her do the rest!

I know what you mean, lol. I first time I rode a reining horse I almost fell off during a turnaround (360). They definitely know their jobs.
I am surrounded by horses and cattle Leah! I love it. No there are no cowboys or cowgirls here except at the "J Bar W" ranch and rodeo up the road a few miles.....
