You don't see many of these vintage 4-furrow Ferguson ploughs.

(Can you spot my cunning selfie? Viewing on Flickr recommended).

They actually use these in ploughing contests at our "Olde Fashioned Farmers Days" in July.
But what are the children rummaging in the dirt for?

4-furrow or 2-furrow?

Plenty of 2-furrow Ferguson ploughs around (I have one myself), but the 4-furrow versions are very much less common.

As to the children - who knows!

Lot's of treasures to be found when plowing over there. Would love to be running the metal detector behind that when they till the fields. Or else they are looking for worms.
