The aurora appeared 2 weeks ago here in Maryland. I have a park about half a mile from me that is clear of trees and elevated.
I went there to photograph.
I could see the aurora from my backyard but to many trees to get a good cleat view and photo.

I live in SE Frederick County John. The aurora was visable for 2 nights. My yard has too many trees for a good image so I went to the local County park that is very elevated and no trees for a camera shot.
