These are 16TB 7200RPM 256MB hard drives typically used in network attached storage (NAS) devices.
I'm selling these two hard drives because they are incompatible with my Synology 220+ NAS enclosure (even though the 10TB version of this drive was compatible).
These drives were installed in my 220+ NAS enclosure however the device could not create a new Storage Volume due to the drives being incompatible.
These drive should be compatible with other NAS enclosures or for use as an internal computer hard disk or as an external hard disk. Please check compatibility using the exact Seagate model number before purchasing.
