New Fuji shooter here. I was wondering if Fuji had something like Nikon's Picture Profile in their Nikon NX Studio software, where you can adjust absolutely everything imaginable, hues, tones, highlights, shadows, and more.. and save it to a custom picture profile on the camera. I downloaded Fuji RAW Studio and it doesn't give me hopes of something like that.
You create them on the camera or in X Raw Studio. You have to have the camera connected to X Raw to process, though, because the software doesn't directly process them...it passes the command to the camera. It's a really weird system.
Take a bunch of RAW images in situations where you want to use the film sim and then process them to your liking in X RAW...then you can put that profile on the camera for that look SOOC.

But can you change each color hue? The adjustability of colors, levels, etc in NX Studio is amazing.

No, you can only adjust colors in relation to white balance. Fuji doesn't allow you to do HSL type changes in recipes.
I'm actually not impressed with NX Studio at all when it comes to making profiles, for all of their options those sliders break color channels VERY quickly. I've had more fun making profiles I enjoy in more situations on Fuji.

Yeah you're right about that. I made some in NX and loved the results. In fact, I copied them over to a preset in PS. But it would be nice to have in camera
You can do it all in C1 or LR -- both have vast color slider capability. C1 additionally has added an advanced color editor that is hugely powerful in tweaking any particular hue's tone, saturation or lightness...
