I’ve rarely relied upon reviewing the back screen, but HDR might change this. Upon viewing the HDR image, I can reassure myself that I’ll be able to recover highlights. Really, nothing that can’t be done by looking at the histogram.

A live RAW histogram per channel would save lots of images from being exposed incorrectly, maybe a feature that is not possible but I don’t know why not? At this point why isn’t there at least a HDR histogram since the company is pushing that pipeline?

In HDR mode there is an HDR histogram shown in the camera. I find that the HDR histogram and clipping is closer to raw histogram and clippin (per RawDigger) than the SDR histogram and clipping.
