p.1 #1 · Flash Brackets: ProMediaGear BBGv2 or Custom Brackets Digital Pro-X
Trying to figure out a solution to have my flash mounted off-camera for on-the-go event photography. I can use either a Canon cord or the radio trigger.
I narrowed it down to these two choices because I like the ability to shoot in portrait orientation and not have to fuss around with adjusting the flash.
Anyone have experience with these two models and/or other (possibly budget-friendly) suggestions?

I cannot comment on those particular brackets, but if you are only using a single flash, then use the corded hot shoe. The Canon 2.4GHz is unreliable in electronic environments and will disconnect randomly, driving you nuts.

Thanks and will do!

I would suggest the Custom Bracket RF-Pro instead, unless you like the flash to stay high above the lens.
