Superb L plate+grip. Only weighs about 68g from memory. Mine never comes off.

Back in June when I heard about the Leofoto grip I emailed them and they said they had limited quantity and that if I was interested to let them know and they will follow up with an email with invoice, which I just paid online via Paypal. The grip showed up 4 days later. I made a post about it over on MU-43.com.
