I recently did the firmware update on my A7IV and now the mechanical shutter (sound at least) does a double click instead of a single, which is how it was previously. For clarification, when the shutter is pressed it does a double click instead of one. Regardless of the shoot mode. I searched online and couldn�t find anything related to it.

Is it the e-front curtain shutter ?

MENU → (Shooting) → [Shutter/Silent] → [e-Front Curtain Shut.] → desired setting.

It was actually off so I turned it on and it got rid of the double click. I thought I already checked that but apparently not. Thank you!
