Pete does some great work. Are these for his personal use or does he sell them?
Brent
Thanks Brent,
These are personal, one driven by the eldest son, the other by Pete. I'm not sure who claims which. The "newer" might be the mod begun as a raffle project just prior to Covid.
Yes, Pete does nice work, to the extent that movie production companies discovered his talent several years ago. He occasionally disappears for periods of time to build sets on locations across the US. He's landed several gigs with Clint Eastwood's productions.
Back to the cars - having grown up in the NE and heard my dad grumble about state inspections (later, myself - funny how headlights always needed adjustments, now I'll bet it's emissions) I doubt these creations would ever see the road or tag in those areas of the US - no problem here!
One certainty, when asked about paint jobs, Pete always smiles and says "Gotta have flames".
Coincidence here Bob. I passed a vintage "bug" yesterday and realized how much I missed my 1964 bug.
A true pleasure to drive and fun!
These are really fine, creative and unique images. Perfectly presented also Bob!
Great work!
