One of the few (only?) times I shot baseball I used 80-200/2.8 mf adaptall-2. Mostly interested in photographing the pitcher, so you can prefocus since they're in the same spot every pitch
Baseball you can do a lot mf, since you have a batters box, pitching mound, basepaths. You know where people are going a lot of the time and can prefocus
