p.1 #1 · Mpix 100 Page Premium Album Order to Delivery in 30 Hours
I just completed my third photo book with Mpix. I usually print one Album per vacation. The book was absolutely perfect with a premium matte paper and photo soft cover. All of the two page spreads were well executed and colors were spot on. The second half of the book were images from my M11 Monochrom where the blacks were quite solid and tonality to my liking.
Like most online publishing services, the design and posting of images is more than simple. I must admit than I’m a bit OCD, so I pre-format all of my images using LRC and Photoshop.
A combination of the rather high cost of a 100 12”x12” page inkjet premium album and my miserly mindset has me waiting for a 40% off sale. Sales seem to come along every two months. Luckily, I am able to upload all images long in advance. I’ve only uploaded high quality JPG which began life as 61-100MPix raw files. I don’t know what their time limit for maintaining uploaded files might be, but all of my images used for the last three albums produced over the last year remain on the site. This is important because their sales typically last only two to three days.. so having photos uploaded, or better yet a saved album design is useful.
I’m planning to shoot 645 format film for my next vacation. Premium albums start at 20 pages.

I order all my stuff from MPIX. Books, calendars, prints, canvas prints, and Christmas ornaments, have yet to be disappointed. I request no color correction.
