Sure! I use them on my EOS 5Ds, 1Ds Mark III and my EOS R and RP with the adaptor. I have too much invested in the lenses to toss them out merely because I have mirrorless cameras and because Canon has discontinued them. You can get some darn good deals on EF lenses as most guys tend to dump gently used lenses as they forever chase down the latest lenses.
Those guys dumping 'backup lenses' has allowed me to buy them at 60% or better of their original price that have seen little to no use.

Just curious, is there a thread on FM for photos taken with only EF mount lenses?
I don't think so. You should start one.
Would the thread have boundaries? Like, photos taken from this time and on, or photos taken at any time? Of course, your intent for a thread is one thing, and where it goes can be a different thing. Anyway, great idea!
I was out shooting with the 5DS r this past weekend. Had my 70-200/2.8 mounted on it. I was using the camera at a local farmer's market. I was also shooting my Leica SL with a 24-90/2.8-4.0 alongside the Canon. Surprisingly I could see quite a difference in the out of camera jpegs between the two with the Leica looking so much better. I need to look into that more as I was not expecting it.
Some of the shots from the day takenn with the EF gear:
Just found this thread. I shoot with both Canon mirrorless (R5 Mark II now ) and Sony.
At first adapted my EF glass to Sony with Metabones and then moved the lens back to using on Canon with their EF to RF adapters,
These days I’m back to using my EF glass on a 1DX Mark II I bought used in mint condition. Have less EF glass but still own a EF 35/1.4 II L, EF 24-105/4 L II, EF 135/2 L, EF 70-300/4-5.6 L, and EF 300/2.8 L. Also am considering buying a Fringer adapter to use some of the glass on Fuji.
For some reason I don’t adapt it back onto RF since I already have RF L versions of my most used lenses.

I believe my most favorite of combos in Canon. Un matched sharpness.
